With all of the exploratory work done this year, we will be able to expand our parameters and explore even more of Nashville’s abundant resources and famous Southern Hospitality. Did you know that 80% of the U.S. population lives within 500 miles of Nashville??? Bob Stinson and Jerry Buchanan have generously agreed to host the convention again and the Hotel Preston will be an excellent venue. “Avoid the crowds and hustle of downtown Nashville at the Hotel Preston, the most luxurious boutique airport hotel in Nashville, Tennessee… a classy Nashville business hotel…with a convenient location… accessible to Nashville Attractions… nearby downtown Nashville restaurants and Nashville shopping centers. “

We are already looking ahead to select future venues in centrally located U.S. cities. If you would like to bring the Convention to your area within the next three years, please contact us to discuss your role as Host. Every city has a Convention and Visitor’s Bureau which we work closely with to develop our plans, contact hotels etc.. The Host is an objective resource who works with the team to deliver flyers and posters to Antique Malls and shops, pick up necessary local supplies and advise the Team on local restaurants, entertainment, “must sees” or “tourist traps”.
